Rugby Christadelphians are offering a presentation to explore how William Tyndale translated the New Testament into English at a time when it was only published in Latin. He faced fierce opposition for doing so but allowing ordinary people to read the word of God for themselves subsequently changed the world.
The talk starts at 3 p.m. on Saturday 9th May. Entrance is free and a small exhibition displaying Bibles from around the time of Tyndale will be available to view. The venue will be the Rugby Christadelphian Hall at 76 Oliver Street, Rugby, Warwickshire CV21 2LE.
