Headin’ Home is a Christian bluegrass band from coastal Georgia in the USA, formed by members of the Lindblom family in 2018. They perform most frequently in the Southeastern states but also travel all over the US. Libby Lindblom has written a delightful song about William Tyndale called “The Translator” which can be heard on YouTube. They have also recorded this in the studio and it will be featured on their new album called 'Rhythm of the Tires', coming out on 24th October, 2025. Learn more about the band from their website:
The new 52nd edition of the Tyndale Society Journal has been printed and is slowly making its way to members. It is a special edition to mark the 30th anniversary of the Tyndale Society. It is sixty pages long and packed with news, features, articles and book reviews. The next edition, which will be a special Antwerp Conference edition, is now in preparation.
The Tyndale Society held a successful informal relaxed 30th Anniversary Garden Party at our Chairman’s house in Buckinghamshire. About fifty people - old friends and new - came and met and chatted. Brian Edwards gave a talk about William Tyndale and sold copies of his books. The weather held out and new connections were made. Thanks are due to Mary Clow for hosting, and to all who came and helped.
The Tyndale Society conference featured in a news article that was published in the United Kingdom on the 'Christian Today' website. The item was later picked up and copied by the 'Christian Post' in the USA that same day. Click on the button below to see the original post.
On 28th May 2025, Dr Harry Spillane gave a talk on Francis Fry and his collection of Bibles, especially versions by William Tyndale. For full details, click on the button below.
On 8th August, a complementary video was published (for free) on YouTube. The link below will allow you to view the video - which last for just over three-quarters of an hour.
