The annual Tyndale Society Garden Party was held at the farm of our Chairman Emeritus in Buckinghamshire on Saturday 27th June 2026. Old friends and new gathered in the shade by the old barn for a picnic and conversation. Andrew Hope gave us a talk about the Lollards and some of their connections with Tyndale and the Chilterns.
Then we had two songs from a local folk duo, David Darvell and Karen Holt, from near Chesham, who sang about Thomas Harding, the last Lollard martyr. They also gave us a song about the Chilterns. Members of our Facebook group can hear them singing via the link below.
