On 20th April 2026, members of the Tyndale Society attended 5pm Evensong at St Paul's Cathedral.

Afterwards, at 6:30pm, they (along with over eight hundred other people) attended a talk called "William Tyndale and the Making of the English Reformation" given by Diarmad McCulloch and introduced by Paula Gooder.

It was a marvellous talk, taking in the sweep of Tyndale's life from upbringing to death, his translations, and the support for the English Bible from Thomas Cromwell. It was followed by many questions which poked various aspects of the story. Afterwards, members of the Tyndale Society retired to a restaurant to discuss it.
